As I work from photographs for my reference material, my advice to new customers is to ensure that the photograph of the subject is of the best quality and resolution possible.

A clear image will guarantee a more accurate likeness.

I prefer to accept photographs via email to speed up the process. If digital images are not available, I will often advise to have them scanned to JPEG or TIFF formats. You can always send me a CD of images if they are too big to email.

Initial Deposit
Before any commission is started, I will require a 50% deposit. Once the artwork is completed I will email a digital version to ensure satisfaction with the end result. Once completely satisfied, I will ask for the outstanding 50% payment, along with any postal and insurance costs. I accept payments via personal cheque (UK only), or a secure Paypal transaction from credit card. Once full payment is received, the artwork will be despatched via the appropriate postal service. Please note; initial deposit payments for artwork commissions are non-refundable.

UK Despatch
All artwork will be protectively reinforced and packaged. Artwork sent within the UK will be via recorded/insured delivery. Cost will be determined by your location within the UK, which will then be added to the cost of the artwork.

International Despatch
All artwork will be protectively reinforced and packaged. Artwork sent outside of the UK will be sent via insured, recorded and signed for delivery using an International Courier service. Cost will be determined by your country, which will then be added to the cost of the artwork.

Framing and Presentation advice
For framing your artwork, I would advise on contacting a professional framer; this will ensure that your artwork is fully enhanced with the correct mount size, colour and frame decoration.

I hope the information is of assistance, if there is anything further you wish to know, please do not hesitate to contact me.
