What is in our food?

Reading labels on food in supermarkets is important if we want to avoid any added chemicals that can be detrimental to our health, especially if you dont quite understand all these E numbers and additives. Listed below are popular additives that are in popular food stuff, along with their possible side effects.

It is very wise to avoid eating food with harmful additives in them, also known as E Numbers. However, not all E Numbers are bad for you, but some should be avoided if possible.  The following list is based on information from the Ministries of Health of the United States, France, UK, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Russia & Italy.
